The Brief
Since the 1900s, Great Eastern (GE) has played a pivotal role in shaping Singapore’s society. We were tasked with finding a creative way to instil the company’s rich heritage into more minds. This saw us joining forces with Trinax, a digital experiential company, to design an interactive 360° journey that takes an individual through 111 years of immersive history.

The Approach
Not your average brand video. The GE “Circle of Discovery” experience allowed users to walk right into a circular display platform surrounded by Singapore’s largest 360-degree LED display and surround sound speakers to put a user right at the centre of the experience.
To create a stronger narrative, we scanned vintage photos from yesteryear and brought them back to life by animating the stills, which were captured even from afar due to the display’s deliberate 25-degree slant. The different experiential elements worked beautifully in tandem to fully immerse one in powerful stories that spanned a century.
