Planning for retirement is an essential part of life, but not always the most exciting. When AIA Group Limited, better known as AIA, tasked us to ideate for a new campaign encouraging one to invest in their future, they wanted us to get the simple message across in a clear yet provoking way.
Nothing like a good paradox. Instead of trying to break the notion of retirement being ‘boring’, we leaned into it instead. For the ‘Get Boring’ campaign, we utilised bold typography to let the important message speak for itself and allow AIA’s charismatic confidence to shine in a simple, yet unabashedly strong. It certainly proved successful, drawing 440,000 views across their social channels.
